Warranty Coverage
-
Structural Defects: AD Wheels are warranted against structural defects in material (e.g., natural cracks on spokes) for five (5) years, provided the original owner/purchaser owns the wheels. (Refer to Exclusions from Warranty: Structural Defect Conditions)
-
Workmanship Finish/Paint Defects: AD Wheels are warranted against defects in workmanship finish/paint (e.g., clear coat and paint peeling) for one (1) year from the date of purchase for the original owner/purchaser. (Refer to Exclusions from Warranty: Workmanship Finish/Paint Conditions)
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective wheels, at the discretion of AD Wheels. Installation costs, transportation costs, or loss of use are not covered. Wheels will not be replaced due to defects in accessories.
Exclusions from Warranty

Note: Warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor from whom the wheels were purchased.
The warranty does not cover the following conditions:

-
Wheels not purchased from an authorized dealer.
Structural Issues:
-
Off-road racing, unpaved road driving conditions, or road hazards (e.g., potholes, gravel, road debris, scrap metal, tire remnants, trash).
-
Improper use of tires mounted on AD Wheels (e.g., incorrect inflation, overloading the vehicle, misalignment, imbalance, using incorrect tires and wheels).
-
Any impact or abuse causing damage (e.g., bends, collisions, potholes, flat tires, curbing, racing, accidents, fire, vandalism, rubbing due to wheel well projection).
-
Continued use of AD Wheels products after discovering a problem.
Workmanship Finish/Paint Issues:
-
Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.
-
Improper cleaning methods (e.g., using harsh chemicals, acid sprays, hard or coarse brushes). Note: Many car washes use acid sprays to clean wheels.
Inspection & Installation
-
Inspection:
-
Inspect the wheels immediately upon receipt and before mounting tires. Once tires are mounted, wheels cannot be returned for credit, and charges will apply for any necessary corrections.
-
-
Verification:
-
Confirm the wheels have the correct finish, including:
-
Color.
-
Paint inclusions (no more than 2 spots, each spot not larger than 1mm in diameter).
-
Ample brake caliper clearance.
-
Proper backspace or offset for your vehicle.
-
-
Verify all these aspects before mounting tires.
-
-
Tire Installation:
-
Use only tubeless tires consistent with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended sizes for the chosen wheels. Incorrect tire sizes can cause serious safety issues.
-
Generously lubricate the tire bead seat area before mounting tires.
-
Use contact-free tire mounting machines.
-
Use stick-on weights only; clip-on weights can damage the wheels and void certain warranty aspects.
-
-
Post-Installation:
-
After mounting, take a short test drive and re-check the torque values and size of each lug nut/bolt, ensuring they are torqued to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications.
-
Ensure the wheel balancing value does not exceed 40g before mounting tires.
-
Wheel Maintenance
To keep your AD Wheels looking and performing like new:

-
Regular Cleaning: Clean the wheels regularly using a mild soap and water solution. Apply with a hose or soft cloth. Avoid using hard or coarse brushes, chemical-based cleaners, or acid sprays, as these can damage the finish and void the warranty.
-
Avoid Harsh Conditions: Keep the wheels away from harsh conditions such as excessive road salt and de-icing chemicals, which can cause corrosion.
-
Inspect for Damage: Regularly check for any signs of damage, such as cracks, bends, or corrosion. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.
-
Proper Storage: If storing wheels off the vehicle, keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture damage.
-
Avoid Automatic Car Washes: Many automatic car washes use acid sprays that can damage the wheel finish. Hand washing is recommended.
Following these maintenance tips will help ensure the longevity and appearance of your AD Wheels.
